Masterchem is now Masterchem Logoplaste
2020-03-05Logoplaste is proud to announce that Masterchem, a leading Polish manufacturer of PET bottles, jars, preforms and caps, is now part of the Logoplaste Group. As of 3rd March, the company will be known as Masterchem Logoplaste and will be led by CEO, Piotr Wasilewski.
Logoplaste and Masterchem, a new partnership
2019-11-28Logoplaste Group has announced (November 22nd 2019) that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Polish Masterchem. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.
